A: It’s a full-service interior design offering for families and busy professionals who want their
home to feel personal, cosy, and functional — but don’t want the overwhelm of managing every
design and build decision themselves.
We start by creating a clear design vision for your entire home, then add the details in phases
(see Q3). You focus on key decisions; I handle the design work, specifications, and coordination
A: Yes! We have worked with clients across London, Greater London and throughout the UK. We would love to work on any international projects as well. So if you are thinking about getting in touch, don't wait, we look forward to learning more about the place that you call home.
A: The service is designed to fit around real family life — work, school runs, and everything in between.
Typically, you can expect:
• Around 2–5 hours per phase for design presentations and decision-making meetings.
• Some additional time reviewing samples, drawings, options and ordering.
Outside of that, I handle:
• Site visits and trade meetings
• Design development and technical drawings
• Coordination and problem-solving with suppliers and contractors
Your main role is to be available for key decisions and to give feedback within agreed timeframes so the project can move forward smoothly.
A: You don’t need to be good at interiors.
You simply need to know:
• How you want your home to feel (cosy, calm, lively, practical, etc.)
• What’s not working for you right now
• What’s important to you as the family grows (storage, privacy, somewhere quiet to work, etc.)
My role is to translate that into:
• Floor plans and layouts that actually work day-to-day
• Cohesive finishes, colours, and materials that feel like “you”
• Clear drawings, visuals and specifications that trades can follow
• A design that still makes sense in three, five, or ten years’ time
If you’ve renovated before and come away thinking “I wish we’d done that differently,” this process is designed to avoid that feeling next time.
A: To get the most from the service, you’ll ideally have:
• Basic floor plans (estate agent plans are fine to begin with) or clear site photos
• A completed design questionnaire so I understand your routines, likes/dislikes, and
priorities
• Measurements or photos of any existing pieces you want to keep
You also need to be:
• Open to expert advice
• Ready to make decisions within agreed windows
• Willing to invest in creating a home that genuinely supports your life
A: Transparency is key. For each phase, we look at:
• Likely build/trade costs (e.g. rewiring, replastering, building work)
• Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Bespoke elements such as joinery, storage, or built-in pieces
You’ll see where your money is going and what each item or decision contributes to the overall result. Together, we can:
• Identify areas where it’s worth investing more for longevity
• Spot opportunities to save without compromising the design
• Avoid “doubling up” on costs by planning ahead (for example, getting electrics right early so you’re not ripping things out later)
A: Each package is created with its own pricing structure, as they are tailored to your individual projects and requirement. We strive to ensure that our pricing remains competitive and reflective of the value and expertise we bring to each project. To learn more, please visit our Contact page and/or book a call with us, and we'll gladly schedule a call to provide you more information detailing the investment fee, and you can get a feel of what it is like working with your designer.
A: Yes! I can provide trade discounts where applicable.
A: You won’t be fielding constant calls or messages from contractors.
My role includes:
• Providing clear drawings and specifications
• Answering trade questions about the design and finishes
• Checking that installations align with the plans
• Helping to sequence work sensibly (so, for example, new flooring isn’t damaged by later works)
Depending on your project setup, I can either coordinate directly with your contractors or work alongside a main contractor/project manager. We’ll discuss the most suitable structure for your project at the outset.
A: We can assist with procurement by providing trade quotations and guide you through placing orders directly. If Phase 4 is included in your package, we’ll coordinate the delivery schedule and check-in items as they arrive to avoid delays or errors.
A: Certainly! We can suggest the various potential suppliers required for fabrication, procurement and installation.
A: We plan with the future in mind from day one — especially as children grow, work patterns shift, or you consider different uses for rooms.
Because we create the full-home vision upfront:
• Depending on the change and how much later in the phases they come up, they may be absorbed without undoing earlier work.
• We can adapt layouts and furniture plans to new needs while keeping the home cohesive.
• You always have a roadmap to come back to, even if there’s a gap between phases.
The goal is a home that can evolve gracefully with you, rather than needing to be redone every couple of years.
A: A few key advantages my clients value:
• Clarity from the start — you know what you’re working towards, even if you’re not doing it all immediately.
• Fewer costly mistakes — because every decision is made with the bigger picture in mind.
• Less mental load — someone else is thinking about the wiring, the joinery details, and the practicalities, but your input is always welcome.
• Continuity over time — as you move through future phases, you’re not starting from scratch with a new designer or ad-hoc ideas.
And, of course, the biggest benefit: At the end of the process, you have a finished home that finally reflects you and your family.
