'The details are not the details. They make the design'

Charles Eames

What can you expect from our initial consultation?

This is the starting point for establishing a better understanding of the scope of work in order to give you a tailored quote. Throughout the consultation, there will be opportunities for questions and open dialogue between us as it is fundamental to build a collaborative relationship, laying the groundwork for a successful design project.

BEFORE THE CALL:

  • Review our FAQs section, the answer to your question maybe here.
  • Ensure all key decision-makers are present.
  • Share any relevant floor plans, drawings or site photos via email, in advance.

Watch “How to deliver residential projects that run smoother and feel effortless to live in.”

DURING THE CALL: (typically 20–30 minutes):

  • We’ll discuss your project scope, priorities, timeline and budget to understand the direction and level of support required.
  • I’ll ask a few focused questions about how the space needs to function — and, where relevant, how the design will integrate with the build team and programme.
  • We’ll outline what’s realistically involved in delivering a well-coordinated residential project, and where early interior architecture input can prevent delays or costly revisions.
  • If it feels aligned, I’ll prepare a tailored proposal setting out the scope, deliverables and next steps for review on a follow-up call.
