Before the call:

1. Please ensure all decisions makers will be attending the call.

2. A floor plan and/or some photos of the property or site you need to discuss will need to be sent to us.

During the call:

1. You will be asked a series of questions about your goals, preferences, and vision for the project. This may include discussing your lifestyle, design aesthetic, functional requirements, and any specific ideas or inspirations you have in mind.
2. The Designer will explain of the process and benefits of our services, providing an overview of their expertise and experience in the field.
3. We will discuss the project timeline and your budget. This allows us to tailor our design approach to meet your scheduling needs and financial parameters.
4. We will arrange a follow-up date to discuss your tailor proposal, outline the next steps in the design process.
